Our next session will be a hands-on introduction to the generation of basic plots to visualize gene expression data: PCA, volcano, and heatmap plots.
You will be working on Jupyter labs locally, i.e., on your laptops. Please make sure you have Anaconda installed in your laptop and that you can open a Jupyter notebook. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need help to install it.
